Fresh Start Counseling

Hi! I’m Jessi and I am the owner of Fresh Start Counseling. I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor and am passionate about helping people find fullness in their well-being. My therapeutic approach takes on a holistic style as I incorporate the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness of my clients rather than only focusing on one of these elements. I have worked in the field of mental and behavioral health for the past 3 years and helped many people who struggle with various difficulties from anxiety, depression, and trauma to relationship issues and daily life challenges. My focus is to take in the whole person sitting across from me and get to the root of whatever is causing them disruption in their life in order to achieve peace and wellbeing.
